Welcome to our home, Unique Bed and Breakfast. We wish you a nice stay. Please inform us if you have special needs or proposals. Our house is a private home therefore for your information; here are some tips and tricks about us.
Currently we do not ask for a deposit but full payment is required on arrival.
All bookings by email will be confirmed by email within 24 hours.
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions.
When your travel arrangements change, you should inform us as soon as possible to allow us to re-allocate the room(s). We charge 100% of the booking for last minute cancellation as we could not re-allocate the room(s).
If you need to cancel the booking due to hostile weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances, we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible should this be acceptable.
Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 PM so we can arrange and prepare our rooms in time for convenience. If you need to check-in/check-out earlier or later than usual, please let us know in advance to arrange for your convenience.
Early Arrival Procedure
Please ensure you contact us to let us know your approximate time of arrival if you will be arriving early morning between 12:00AM and 06:00AM. So we can arrange accordingly. We charge half day of the room rate; 10000Ks/ 10$ per person for early arrival including breakfast as we do not normally accept guests after 23:00 PM.
If you booked one day for your early arrival, kindly ignore the above charges.
The price includes accommodation, breakfast and government tax.
Payment should be made on arrival by cash. Money transfer is also accepted to make sure your booking. Currently, we do not accept credit/debit cards. All transactions comply with the relevant legal requirements at the time of the transaction.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to find you alternative accommodation, if we were unable to find suitable accommodation our liability would not extend beyond this point.
Sorry, we do not allow pets inside the house or on the property under any circumstances.
No children under 16.
Strangers are not allowed into the rooms/apartment without the permission of the host.
We kindly ask you to be responsible with the actions which may offend the local culture, norms and people. And any other activities such as prostitution, drugs and alcohol abuse prohibited by the local law are forbidden.
Breakfast is served at the dining room between 7:00 and 9:00 AM. Please inform us the evening before at what time you wish to have breakfast.
We provide laundry service at 500 Ks/.50 $ per item generally. For valuable items such as coats/Jacket and dresses, we charge 2500Ks/2.5$ per item. Service duration will take a day.
If you wish to do your own laundry, kindly do not place your wet clothes at the public area. Please ask someone from our BnB for drying space.
Eating take away meals in rooms is not allowed as they can leave after smells and can cause staining if the food comes into contact with bedding or carpets etc. We accept that sandwiches and drinks can be consumed in the rooms but care should be taken to avoid spillage.
The rooms are cleaned daily. Bath towels are changed thrice per week. Please inform us if you need new towels or bed linen in the meantime. (Request condition is only applied for those staying 2 nights or more.)
Smoking is not allowed at anywhere inside the property.
Smoking outside the property is acceptable.
Beside your own room, you may use the living room, the terrace and the garden for your convenience. We provide WiFi internet access only at the living room.
We also offer transportation by car for your convenience. The price will be varied depending on the length of your trip.
Respect each other’s for a well sleep. We kindly ask you to avoid any noise between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Damages and Breakages
We lose, break, stain and spill things, so please let us know if you do the same cause to the accommodation or its contents. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or buying new if the damage or breakage is significant.
We disclaim any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of your booking will be stored on our computer and records. With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
We would be happy if you wrote something into the guest book or a review on online booking platforms such as; tripadvisor, lonelyplanet, booking.com, agoda.com and facebook. If you were satisfied with your stay at our bed and breakfast then let your friends know. If you were not satisfied then let us know so that we can improve our accommodation.
